1. We deliver the Items ordered in our store by Polish Post or by a courier firm.
ATTENTION
The shipment is delivered to the address indicated by the client, and it’s considered properly delivered when received by a person who seems authorized to receive the shipment on behalf of the recipient (e.g. a person residing in the same premises as the recipient, or the recipient’s neighbors).
2. The Items may also be collected at the offices of our firm, without any shipping expenses.

The office is open on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, from 9:00AM to 5:00PM, and on Wednesdays 2 hours longer, from 9:00AM to 7:00PM.
3. ATTENTION !!! Please inspect the damaged or torn shipments in the presence of the Postal Worker or the courier. If the contents of the shipment do not correspond to the ones expected, please draw up a report, which will be required with an eventual complaint.
